Generally, the flashing red light means that the device needs to be charged.

SOURCE: Connect trueblue bluetooth headset to Samsung Eternity cell phone

I had the same poroblem. I turned the phone off and then restarted it. That worked for me. Try to make a phone call and see if you can hear it on the Bluetooth.

Also... compliments of Best Buy Troubleshooting -

Bluetooth Troubleshooting: Phones & Headsets

Problem #1:
Headset and phone are turned on, but you don't hear anything in the headset, i.e., there is no dial tone.
Action #1: Make sure your phone is Bluetooth-capable. If it is not: A. Buy a new Bluetooth-capable phone. B. Purchase a Bluetooth adapter for your non-Bluetooth phone. The adapter will allow your phone to interact with a Bluetooth headset.

Problem #2:
It's a Bluetooth-capable phone and Bluetooth headset, both are turned on, but you still don't hear anything.
Action #2: Make sure your phone, headset, and, if necessary, adapter are fully charged before attempting to synch the Bluetooth connection between the two devices - in many cases a blinking blue light will indicate the headset is charged.

Problem #3:
Everything is charged, but still not working.
Action #3:Before two Bluetooth-enabled devices can communicate with each other, they need to be initially synched up to each other - also referred to as linking or pairing.
A. Find "Communications" or "Connections" on your phone's menu screen and explore within to locate "New" or "Bluetooth."
B. Push the main button on the headset until the light shines solid blue and is NOT blinking. C. Select Bluetooth on phone menu. Within Bluetooth you may need to select and highlight "Devices" or "Find Devices" (depending on where you are, there may be other Bluetooth devices available).
D. While the headset light is solid blue, open the Bluetooth link (or Find Devices) on your phone's menu screen and scroll through until you locate the headset you wish to synch up to. Your phone will automatically begin searching for Bluetooth devices within 30 feet of itself.
E. After a short period of time, your menu screen should say "connected" or "devices paired". Make sure you click or select the device name to finalize the connection. If you have successfully paired the two devices, you will hear a dial tone in the headset. Congratulations! You've joined the Bluetooth world.

Note: After a couple of minutes showing solid blue, the light on the headset will start blinking; you want to pair up the phone and headset while the light is still unblinking. This is important. If the light starts blinking before you can complete the connection, you will need to turn the headset off and on and start over.
Problem #4:
You've followed all the instructions in this guide, and your Bluetooth connection is still not functioning properly.
Action #4: Take out your manual and carefully reread the section on synching up Bluetooth devices. If you still can't get things properly connected, we suggest you call the manufacturer regarding this issue.

Jabra: 1-800-327-2230 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST for technical support; or www.jabra.com

I hope this helps.

SOURCE: TV turned off itself and timer light (red) keeps blinking

The TV is on protect mode.

Try first leaving the TV power cord unplugged for some times, let say one hour or so.

Also ensure that the fault is not coming from a faulty receiver box sending bad signal, check if you get same problem with no receiver box or dvd connected.

If that does not work, and you keep having a flashing led on front of the TV, and tv turning off by itself after a while, that indicates a fault condition.

The flashing light indicates a diagnostic state called protection.
When the TV goes on protection there are only two possible reasons.

1The internal circuits are jammed because of electrostatic charges accumulating on capacitors, or because of a wrong voltage read by the main chip on your monitor controller board. this started the protection circuit.

2 The protection circuit detected a wrong voltage or abroken contact, identified an internal fault and kicked in , startingthe flashing light.

If you are in situation one, then theTV will reset just unplugging power cord for one or two hours, sometimes even minutes.

If you are in situation 2 , then there is an internal fault.

Common faults that can occur are a blown capacitor on power board, a convergence IC has blown, or a fault on Digital board.

Check also the video cable or any external connection cable, if the cable is shorting, or the connector is bad, you can get same flashing state because of the video cable.

If under warranty contact the manufacturer ringing the number on the user manual

If you want to repair at your own expenses, just locate any good qualified repairer.

When I plug up the bluetooth to charge the red light appears then it blinks blue red does that mean it is charging or not because it is not working with phone

That might meaning that's it's draining the residual charge left on the battery, before it can be charged, but if it does this for more than an hour, your battery is "toast".

User manual of bluetooth headset H200

Press and hold down the button on the front of the bluetooth (has little phone symbol). Wait until it is blinking blue, means it's on. Keep it held down longer, it will be a constant blue light, no blinking. That is pairing mode. That is when you should search for the device via your phone and it will come up as H200. Pair, put in 0000 as your code. Should connect. Hold down the button on the bluetooth while on and it will blink red once and that means it's off. While connected to your cell it can answer your calls, hang up calls, up/down volume, ignore calls, and call the last person called. The pairing thing took a while for me to figure out, I have the manual and it doesn't say anything about waiting until it's a constant blue light. Make sure you keep holding it down until the blue light is on, NOT flashing, it will start flashing but keep it held down until it stops flashing and is on.

Hopes this helps!

Bluetooth ear piece

blinking red and green means the headset is in pairing mode and ready to be connected to your phone. This means it is either the first time you have paired the headset or you have depressed the volume +/- buttons simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. If your phone cannot find the headset, it may be a compatibility issue. Try pairing the headset with a friends phone, possibly a sony ericsson. Good luck.
