Operating system most likely corrupted. Try doing a Master Reset on it following the manufacturers directions.

Hold down power button and up button it will turn off, it will come back on scroll down to reset click it, next click on yes, it will then reboot back to factory.

Try to remove battery for 10 min. If it still reboots its a hardware problem -return phone.
