Question edited for clarity and typos.

The Bluetooth isn't correctly paired. You are only half connected.

I have purchased 2 of these speakers. I want to Bluetooth connect them to my iphone. How do I do this and get music from both speakers?? Thx

If you have purchased Speakers with Bluetooth Connectivity capability you can do this by switching on the speakers and on your iphone use the Bluetooth Pairing Option from Bluetooth settings to establish connectivity and play music to hear from speakers

Ue boom connected to pc but is not playing music... if i get lucky i get muffled sounds play back, how do i fix this

Q: What should I do if the audio is distorted or drops out on my UE BOOM?

A: Audio distorted or dropping out when streaming to UE BOOM
If you're having trouble with audio distortion or drop-outs on your UE BOOM, try these suggestions:
  • Move the audio source closer - it might be out of the range of your speaker.
  • Move away from other sources of wireless signal - you could be experiencing interference.
  • Make sure your speaker has enough battery power (connect it to a power source with the supplied adapter).
  • Adjust the volume on both the audio source and your speaker.
  • Restart both your speaker and the audio source.
  • Re-pair your device with your speaker (see, "How do I pair additional Bluetooth® devices with my speaker?").
  • If you're using two UE BOOM speakers (for Double Up), try disconnecting and streaming to one speaker only.
NOTE: If you're streaming audio content from the internet, the issue could be with the internet connection and not your speaker.

I have an Onkyo A-7055 amd want to hook up two speakers. Looks like a dozen connectors in the back of the unit... which ones to use. If I experiment is there a chance I could blow out the unit?

Do you mean you want to connect 2 pairs of speakers, or just 2 speakers like you say in your question? There are 4 pairs of screws on the back of your amplifier on the upper right side of the rear panel near the fuse cap and the AC outlets. Each pair of screws will be connected to one speaker. Your Onkyo can be connected to 4 speakers. If you want to connect only 2 speakers, use the screws labeled "SPEAKER A" and connect the speakers to the left and right channels, and make sure you connect the + speaker wire to the screw with the red marking around it. Connect your other speakers the same way, one speaker per pair of screws.

Dear Technician, I have 4 components that I am trying to connect together, a Panasonic HDTV model #TC-L32X1, a GO Video DVD/VCR model #DV2130, a Yamaha stereo receiver model#RX-690, and a Scientific...

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Unfortunately, size limitation of what could be attached prevents posting a connection diagram. Still, proposed connection scheme:
  • 4250HDC's HDMI to Panasonic's HDMI 1 or 2;
  • 4250HDC's VIDEO OUT to GoVideo's LINE IN 1 VIDEO;
  • 4250HDC's AUDIO OUT to 2 pcs of RCA Splitters (shown below);
  • 1 pair from the 2 splitters to GoVideo's LINE IN 1 R-AUDIO-L;
  • the other pair to Yamaha's LD/TV L & R;
  • GoVideo's LINE OUT VIDEO to Panasonic's VIDEO IN 1 VIDEO;
  • GoVideo's LINE OUT R-AUDIO-L to 2 more RCA Splitters;
  • 1 pair from the 2 splitters to Panasonic's VIDEO IN 1 L-AUDIO-R;
  • the other pair to Yamaha's VCR 1 IN L & R;
  • to watch cable TV in HD quality, set Panasonic to HDMI 1 or 2 by pressing Panasonic remote's INPUT button, then 3 (or 4), then OK;
  • to hear cable TV programs on Yamaha's speakers, set Yamaha to LD/TV;
  • to watch DVD or VHS, set Panasonic to Video 1 by pressing Panasonic remote's INPUT button, then 6, then OK;
  • to hear DVD or VHS on Yamaha's speakers, set Yamaha to VCR 1;
  • to record cable TV programs, press GoVideo remote's TV VIEW button a couple of times to cycle through the signal sources or until Line 1 is displayed.

The use of the splitter shown below would effectively double the AUDIO OUT of the cable box and the DVD/VCR combo to feed both the TV and the stereo. Additionally, this would allow use of the cable box and/or the DVD/VCR combo with or without the Yamaha.

Cabling car speakers as home speakers (is it really that stupid?)

If you wire the speakers as a pair in parallel; (For two 4ohms car speakers) 1/R=1/4 + 1/4 1/R=2/4=1/2 R=2 ohms (the resistance value you'll get) (don't even think of trying it!) in serial; R=4+4 R=8 ohms (this mostly fits to home amplifiers, however, they provide 6ohms as well) I recommend that you use reasonable 8ohms speakers for the home theater amplifier you have. Despite the fact that the impedance value fits to 8ohms when you wire two car speakers as a pair in serial, this type of connection will tire your amp as well as the capacitors of the car speakers. Furthermore, you can get unwanted peak sounds from car speakers.
