Good day Do you perhaps know how old this watch is?

I have a similar solar modle Ive had since 1995 , about 4 years ago it started loosing time and the second hand started double ticking. I sat it down out side on a cool summer day for the hole day in the bright sun and never have had a problem since. knock on wood! It was also runover by a car last year and still works good. I wont ever get ride of it. Hopefully this helps u guys out

There is nothing wrong with your watch. Probably it's the one measuring heart rate and pulse (heart beats per second).
Use your users manual to set the watch.
By the way: Timex is one of the worst watch producers.

This watch does not cost a lot - in very good state you can fetch $40-$80. But this is ONLY if someone is interested in it. If not - your watch cost nothing (sorry to say that). Pulsar has never been desirable watch make, so, there is no interest in this make. Now Pulsar is taken over by CITIZEN for a low priced watches for middle class people, but because it is now under CITIZEN name, it may gain some value. Do not be upset with the info - someday, somehow your watch can be collectable. Rate me, please, accordingly to the info - not your feelings about the info.
SOURCE: Need instructions on how to
Some of these can be quite a bugger to set, there are so many variates of Pulsar watches, and I'm not able to locate exact instructions for that model. However if you call Pulsar with that model number they will gladly provide a free manual for you, one you can probably even download and view, or they can email it to you directly. Please call Pulsar at 1-201-529-5730 and request the instructions.
Thanks
Tim
