First of all you need to install GR-D275 driver on your PC. This driver should in one package with your camcoder when bought.
If the driver has been installed on your PC then your camcoder being connected to PC, click right bottom on yourpc screen tagged with ' Shows hidden Icons while you pointing the 'up' arrow. Then choose USB icon and search for your camera .

simply connect the camcoder with the usb pin which come with it. and then go to control panel and the find camera and scanner then update the driver for you camcoder by the cd which come.

i buyed jvc GZ-MG 21E 20GB camcorder but lost its software onvery first day.now its one year i can't connect the stuff to my computer whenever i do so it shows "the device connected is not recognozed".i had enquired to us support center but no positive reply.i want to un load all the stuffs from the camcorder.
i got one of its software from dubai but still it does't work.please assist me in this problem.there is no support center in india .if it is please let me know.u can mail me at [email protected] .i'd buyed this stuff from nairobi airport.
