Hi i bought an safewell electronic safe 25EA few days back the problemis this thaat i forgot the code ofmy safe and i didnt know about the emergency key and it remained inside the safe now i am stcked plz helpme because allmy money certificaqtes are inside the safe plz plz help me
NOTE: The safe needs to be upright and right side up or the locking mechanism
To open an electronic safe the first time, press the following numbers/letters on the
electronic keypad –159B. (These numbers are preset. You should change the code as soon
as possible after opening the safe to insure proper security). After you have entered the
factory set code, you will need to turn the knob on the faceplate to open the door. You will
have 5 seconds to turn the knob before the locking mechanism is reactivated.
ENTERING YOUR SECURITY CODE
To enter your own security code you will need to follow the steps listed below:
1. After opening the electronic safe (with the pre -set factory code of 159B) locate the
small red button on the inside of the door near the hinge.
2. Press the red button and then release it, you will hear a beep.
DO NOT SHUT THE DOOR UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT YOUR NEW
SECURITY CODE HAS BEEN ENTERED CORRECTLY.
3. With the door open, enter your own personal security code, which can be 3- 8 digits
long, and confirm your new code by pressing the letter “B” on the electronic touch pad.
Before you close the door, try the new security code to make sure the lock release the
knob so you can turn it and retract the live action locking bolts.
If you can not get this open more then likely you will have to cut it open.. One last thing to try is to email safewell email@example.com

We acquired the above safe when we moved into our new premises, we have the code but no instructions. Recently the safe indicated that its battery was low so my husband removed the battery so that we could get new ones and left the door open. Unfortunately, he forgot and closed the door last night (no batteries installed) and now we cannot open the safe as obviously the key pad does not work. There weren’t any keys left with the safe either.
Could somebody please advise us of what we can do to open the safe door to retrieve the belongings that are still inside.

Our safe has never been used yet and the door shut with all of the instructions and the emergency key!! We have tried putting in that 159B which is supposed to be the factory reset button but it doesn't work. Also it sounds like a timer or some buzzing noise coming from it for hours now! Don't know what to do!!

In case every possible method to unlock the safe fails, then try and break the integrity of the safe. The following link may help you to do so:
