Starting the oven is fine, but after a few seconds it shuts itself down. The stove top burners still work, but the broiler does the same thing, ignites then shuts down after a few seconds.
Sl, because it't happening to both broil and bake the first thing I would suspect is the temperature probe. You should ohm it out. You can do this either at the board or at the harness connection in back. For the board, remove the back panel, there should be a 8 pin connector to the left of 3 relays. On the harness measure the resistance of the wires going to pins 1 and 2. On the shemantic it shows them being the 2 on the bottom. Should read around 1100 ohms at room temp. If you cant get a good reading on it there, Remove the probe from the inside oven, remove the screws and pull it out until the harness connector comes through, disconnect it and ohm it out from there. I don't think that both ignitors would fail at the same time so Im leaning toward the probe. Catriver.
Well now you could have a different deal, I was under the impression this was happening to the bake and broil every time you started the oven. If it's itermittant then I would look at the ignitors. They have to draw so many amps to open the gas valve and keep it open. If it is weak, the gas will shut off. This can be hit and miss. Catriver

What is the function of the temp probe? The problem isn't constant, sometimes the oven functions OK.
