Have replaced the switch did not fix the issue.
The breaker could be breaking at less than its rated amps. The motor could have some fishing line behind the propellor. On the lower 4 speeds you have a resistor wire (its in the motor housing) in the circut, 5 hooks the battery direct to the motor and draws the highest amps. See if you can use a clamp meter to measure the amps the motor is drawing.
If it just blowing the fuse at one speed or top speed it could be a short in the speed control or the negative cable is dirty. clean up the terminals and try again.

Chances are that your element is drawing too much current. Check the manufacturer's website to make sure that you have the correct size breaker installed. Low water flow could also affect this, so make sure all of your baskets and filters are clean and clear.

There is kind of a collar on the lower side of the head where the head connects to the shaft. There is a single bolt that runs right thru the shaft at this location, remove it. Rotate the head 180 degrees and re-install the bolt. 5 minute job.
