The battery model number that needs to be replaced should be located on the outside of the back side of the wrist watch and if not you can always open the watch up and look and see what model number is on the gbattery itself. If the battery is not the problem then you may need to take your watch in and have a professional person to look at it. Hope this helps you.

The battery is a SR920SW. A 1.5V silver oxide. Available from Jaycar Electronics, catalogue part number SB-2534. Around $1.80 each.
You may find that the problem is not the batterys but some other part to do with the mechanisim.
