try going to settings and switching siri on

Did you forget to take out the trash? You should be able to switch the voices and voice response in the setup menu. I believe there are three voices to choose from. Also check to make sure you did not turn off the voice option in the settings as well. .

Move teh 4-position switch to the stop position and push back the movable center part of the cap.This locks the 4-position switch and the device switches off.

Move the hold switch after a couple seconds the unit turns off if not contact tvps

Just put the switch on the VOX position and used the volume control to set the gain for Voice activation
