I have a Samsung tv, model UN55H6203AFXZA, no picture, no back light and has sound. I do have 13v from power board to main board. I also have a 10 pin connector from power board with high voltage from 250v to over 300v on most pins. Help appreciated. Thanks.
1st thing I would look for is bulging filter caps. replace any that are.

Perhaps an easy fix. Remove the back of the flat screen. There will be a main circuit board visible. There will be several capacitors, cylinders with a cross hatch on the silver top. Do any of them look like they have a dimple created by expansion of the internal capacitor material over heating? If you see an expanded top...that's probably your problem. Get your solder gun out and replace that capacitor. You can order a new one off of Amazon. If yours is a 10 volt capacitor, consider replacing it with a 16 volt unit. Generally the electronics companies under design the size of these units. When you replace the capacitor take note of the silver band on the unit and where its placed in the two socket holes....there is a positive and negative hole placement.

Ken, did you ever find out what was wrong with your set and have it repaired?
I have the same "clicking" problem when first turn on the TV. First, it took about 30 secs clicking (came from the relay) then came on ok. The wait time gradually increased up to a few minutes before it comes on. Then, the power button was flashing blue light when the TV is off, but then came on ok after 3 - 5 minutes. Now it finally has no power at all.
I checked the stand by voltage at pin 10 of the CN804-1 connector and get nothing but a going spike voltage up and down on the multimeter. I noticed that one blue ceramic disc capacitor (the disc type, not the can type) was cracked and some black burned spots around it. May be it is the problem?

If the back light comes up for a second or two, then you could have a bad power supply, or a bad invertor, check and see if the voltage is still there on the input corrctor from the power supply when the back light goes off, it is ok then you have a bad invertor.

Sounds like T'Con board fault. Check and replace it. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
