How do I level the head on a DW 735, I can not lower the head, it bends up?

I would expect that something may be fouling the lower arm, thus not allowing it to spin properly.

The beater with the nylon pad should be making contact (if it is still on the beater) when the head is lowered into the bowl. This is what rotates the bowl. If it's not making contact, lift the head and look at the area where it pivots, and you will see the adjustment screw. Loosen the lock nut and turn the screw "in" to lower the head more. Check for contact and when it is sufficient, tighten locknut.

Is this one of those drawer-style dishwashers, or a regular DW? I can't seem to find that model number in my search. If it's a regular (door-opens-downward) DW, then you probably don't have the lower wash arm attached properly. On some DW's you turn the hold-down "screw" in the reverse direction to tighten it. If it's a new Kenmore Elite DW, then you turn the lower square or geared section 1/8th turn clockwise to lock it. Of course, you may have a damaged or stripped plastic part that just won't stay....

your fuel pump is in the gas tank. you have to lift vehicle, remove hose from filler neck, support tank with jack and remove the two 15mm bolts from the support straps and lower tank to remove the fuel lines. then lower tank down and remove the big nut, there is a tool but a hammer and a flat head screw driver work fine. you can then pull the fuel pump and assembly out. it all comes as one unit. Becareful not to bend the fuel level float. hope this helps

Well, you are right on about the level. It is tilted just slightly forward. The only parts to go bad are the plastic ball bearing guides, and usually when they go, you get a rack that wont come out and gets jammed. You 've got the problem, you just need to remove the screws hidden in the holes that are sometimes coverd with rubber plugs so that the dishwasher may move freely, andjust it till it no longer rolls out, then screw it back to the counter to hold it in place. There are no springs in that rack, so either its still tilted forward, or the tank is bowed or bent somehow, and that would mean new dishwasher. Hope this helps!
