SOURCE: fully charged but wont fly

There seems to be a lot of people having the same problems with this product with no idea of how to fix it so my advice would be to go to:
www.airhogs.com/#/need_help/hawk_eye
There the company that makes the product offers troubleshooting and if it fails they offer a phone number so that you can send it away to be repaired. Either try that or take it back to the shop where you got it from and get you money back.
Hope this helps

SOURCE: i plug air hog to mycomputer and nothing takes hours to charge

Hi, The Havoc is powered within by a small rechargeable battery and it has died. It can no longer be recharged either because of its age or has discharged from sitting - not being used. If you carefully open the foam cockpit along its seam, you will find the battery is smaller than a pinky nail in size and is attached by a red and a black wire. This will be the polarity (plus or minus connection). The battery is made by a Chinese company under the name Full River and this is written on one side of the battery. On the other side is the model number such as 501417HS10C. If you want to keep flying the same Heli you will need find a local supply source. This is the stage I'm at at the moment. I did not contact Full River as yet. However I presume they sell in quantity and not by the piece. I will be checking locally for a source such as Eliminator RC. If you find a battery or a suitable replacement you will need to connect the proper coloured wires together and reglue the Havoc halves back together. That's the best I can do at this time. Full River website will provide the dimensions (in millimetres - mm), voltage, weight, etc of the battery. Good luck . Should I find a sellor I will update. Good Luck and I regret I can't do more for you!

1.Take out charging wires. 2.turn off your heli and insert charging socket into your heli's socket. 3.the charging green light will light up while charging. 4.charging complete, the green light will turn off. 5.pull out the wires and you are ready to fly. Let the heli's battery cool down for approx. 15 minutes before charging.

Air hogs air crane making loud "squeeling" noise. The bottom blade does not appear to be turning enough for lift off. Nothing is entangled.

Hard to diagnose from what you are saying but I have 2 solutions.

You can check the troubleshooting guide in the Instruction Manual.

If you don't have any luck there, call Air Hogs Customer Care Department at: 1-800-622-8339 or email them at [email protected]. They are usually pretty good at finding a solution.

Air hog wall and ceiling rc car wont climb up walls anymore. New batteries did not fix it. 2 days old

I would check a few things:

1. Do you hav dust and debris on your tires/suction? make ure it's totally clean.
2. Are your walls completely smooth? itwont drive on uneven or rough surfaces
3. make sure that you are charging it correctly andthoroughly (refer to instructi sheets for proper method)
4. Mke sure you switch the mode from "ground" to "wall" on the front of the car.

Hope that helps! If not, contact Air Hogs Customer Care - airhogs.com
