No anything, no nothing means SOMETHING.

No PC STATED AT ALL. 25 years of Compaq made up to 2013.
no OS stated at all, windows no doubt, but w10 has over 100 blue screen errors and codes. yah , overwhelming.. sure.
1: bad hdd.
2: or corrupted windows,
the shop will run the full HDD test first after all no PC and reload new OS and run with any bad hdd or ssd.
3:reload OS. from fresh.
4: there are other causes, too. lots, it's a computer.

if say your PC was 2013 the last year made and was updated say for free, to w10, then take photos of you blue screen and post them or even do so at Microsoft.com forum, they have a fix for each, no kidding.
you can also force w10 to safe mode, ask, this too can be simple cure.(turn off fast boot)

There are a number of reasons why a computer will bluescreen. You'll likely need to take the unit in to a qualified technician to get it fixed.

Blue screen on start up :( samsung netbook nc10

Performing a System Restore will solve your issue. And you need not worry about losing data. System Restore will not remove or modify any of your data except the recently installed programs and the exe files. This is to help remove virus or a problem that occured after installing a new software or driver.
