Why does the razor quad only run on low throttle. Battery is fully charged and green, when throttled will run but slowly if throttled more yellow light comes on and turns off.

Get out your multimeter and check the TOTAL voltage. You should have 24 volts or 36 volts depending on model. If you don't, take them all of and charge each one on a car charger set at 2 amps. Clean all the battery connectors with a wire brush and also the connectors. Smear them with Vaseline. Also make sure you have the batteries wired in correctly. If don incorrectly, you may be running on 12 volts!

Is the throttle cable stuck? If not it could be a jet has vibrated out of place in the carburettor

Its been atleast a month or 2 since ive worked on one of these, however im sure this will help you. If you follow the throttle cable to the carburetor (see my pic) on the throttle side of quad it will go into the side of the carburetor. You can remove the plate (circled in pink) to expose cable. Once plate is removed, you can see (circled in yellow) where the throttle cable end locks into. Carefully manuever the cable to come out. Do whatever you need to do, and do the opposite to reinstall. It has an electric motor I would check the sprocket on the motor see if it has a key way it could of broke or fell out

Rotors are bent.... overheats pads and calipers.. OR ..caliper mounts are bent.. either way.. you have a bind that is causing the pads, calipers, rotors, and/or fluid to overheat. It just takes a few minutes to get it too hot.

take a OBD2 scanner to have check, maybe you will know what is problem.

Sounds line the stater motor gear is stuck on the fly wheel. Have a mechanic check it just to be safe.

replace relay.. and clean all terminals at battery and fully charge battery

Check the ignition switch it self. Or the starter relay, it may need replacement.

This is not a gasoline operated right? So the problem may lies beneath the control panel or motor it self.
