I don't have a phone number.... for you.
Have you tried contacting TomTom Support via their website ... ?
Go to www.tomtom.com .... and select your region/country (icon) on top right corner of screen. Then, click on SUPPORT ... and CONTACT US ... to provide info about your GPS, problem, etc. You may get an on-line Chat option ... (instead of a phone number to call). If you're not able to get info from the FAQ & Forum resources on their website, TomTom support can be quite good after you've provided them with detailed info about your needs.
I would contact TomTom customer service and request a replacement. That should be an inexpensive replacement cost. Otherwise you can look search the web for an ISO copy of the disk that someone has made and burn that to a blank CD or DVD. I'd just contact TOMTOM customer support.
You can purhcase the new TomTom Rider 2 map update for $79 from TomTom.
If you have your receipt as proof of purhcase, you maybe able to take it back to the retail store you purhcased it from and see if they can assit you with TomTom.
Contact TomTom customer support directly to see if they can assist you also.
Good luck
