Check speaker/s [If there is two speakers, both of it should be checked for coil continuity]

Check whether the audio is muted. Check its speaker. If all are oK, check and replace its audio output IC.

First check whether sound control has been muted or not. If muted, as you know, there will be no output from the speakers. If not muted, and still no sound, there are two possibilities. The first one is of speaker, and the second one is with the audio output IC inside the circuit
Check its speaker first. you can check the speakers with the help of a multimeter, of with a torch cell. If speakers are found OK, and still there is no sound output, the audio output IC is faulty and shoul be replaced with same number . The number of the audio output IC for your tV is [TA8265K]. This IC can be located at the main board of your tV. If you have eneough knoledge and tools to do the job, you can replace it at home.

First You need to check if the cable that is connecting Your device o any outer source is properly connected, once that is confirmed, then You know the problem is that the sound IC of the television is bad and need to be replaced.
To replace the sound IC, You need to get a cup, a screwdriver and a replacement sound IC, before You get a replacement sound IC, I will strongly advice You disassemble the television first to be able to tell the kind of sound IC You should buy. Follow these steps below to replace the sound IC:

1. Turn of Your television,
2. Disconnect it from the power outlet and allow it rest for about 6 hours, so the high voltage on it will dissipate,
3. Then You unscrew the television open,
4. Trace the wires that is at the back of the speakers, it will lead You straight to the sound IC,
5. Disconnect the sound IC and get a replacement for it,
6. Fix in the new sound IC,
7. Reverse the steps to reassemble the television back together,
8. Plug the television back and turn it on,

This time the sound will work perfectly fine.
