If you have a webroot subscription, log into the portal on your new device and install the agent. Webroot will not carry over from one device to another. Also, if the old device is no longer being used, you can remove that device from the portal. If you need step by step let me know.
Here is the membership portal. It requests your membership number and your password. If both are correct, you are logged in and therefore the number is verified. If you have registered several times and generated several numbers, that is a different matter. Check the FAQS. By the way, this is the sort of information one would keep in a password safe application.

You need to log in to the support portal. Go to the Adobe web page, and click on 'sign in'. Use the email address that Isam mailed you at, and click the 'did you forget your password' link, which should help you get the password. If not, your only other real option may be to call them at 800-833-6687 - 6 AM to 8 PM Pacific time, 7 days a week.
Look for: Log --> Press Options --> Choose how many days your log duration would be e.g 1, 10 or 30.
If the above option does not work please try to do a master reset of your phone by pressing *#7370# . Please take note that this option will delete everything on your phone and will bring it back to the factory default software. Ensure that you backup all your data before doing so. Thanks
ONLY KNOWN FOR TELUS USERS: It's a memory issue in most cases. If you have too many applications downloaded or too many photos/video/music, it will focus the memory more on those than your texts/calls. Try either moving your photos/movies/music to a memory card, delete the photos, etc. and then remove the card, and have a friend text or call you (don't answer the call). If that doesn't work you can try deleting some of the applications. Only ones you have bought. But, don't worry, you can get them back without paying again by going to the Telus Portal, hitting the menu button, click settings, and then purchases. Once it builds the list, you should be able to click on the application and re-download it. If none of those suggestions work, try contacting you service provider and see what they suggest.
