Most of these electronic lock safe's have a manual mode just in case the electronic lock fails. You should have a key hole under the electronic mechanism that will take the key that came with the safe when new.
If the container is locked with dead batteries to the electronic lock and no key then you wont be abel to replace the batteries as they have to be replaced from the backside of the door. It was a common problem that I would run into when I worked as a service tech and the only option is to drill the container.
Only through a licensed locksmith. Provide the key numbers and possibly even take the safe to him/her as proof of ownership. Locksmiths have to record all attemots to open safe's or maling f keysto the police.

You don't know the combination code, and you don't have a key? Or you know the right combo code, but the batteries are dead? If you have the right code, and the batteries are near-dead, try the jiggle suggestion...put the safe on you lap, put in the correct combo, and jiggle the safe while turning the latch. Might work.
Use paperclip to push in pin size hole below keyboard and then slide panel to right. Battery box is right there. Replace batteries and then was already to accept code.
