You might try a generic knob with adapters to fit your control pin.

Need a control knob for: dyna-glo pro propane heater. model: # rmc-tt30dgp-01, # rmc-tt30dg, # rmc-tt30gd. this is the off/low/med/hi temp. control knob.

Table top propane heater lights, then goes out when knob is released. Flame stays lit as long as I hold the knob in on position.

Sounds like you need to replace the thermal couple in the unit.

change thermolcouple or check for eco switch two wires from thermocouple

My propane construction heater -reddy heater pro100- will only work if I keep the control knob pressed in and hold it there, if I let it up the fuel flow stops and it will not burn but as long as the knob...

you need to change the vsafty alve when you push the knob you are lettingv the propain go directly to the burner and bypassing the safty valve...this is not big issue to replace just get the part and you will be easy able to rep[lace when you see it...
