Should be able to purchase sprayer head only at any store that sells taps and hardware to go with them. I got a replacement at a plumbing store in Chatham Ontario.
The A11218-1 is merely a plumbing standards number. Look further to try and find a manufacturer name or model. Or take it into a local professional plumbing supply store.
Try disconnecting the tubes from the spray head (under the hood). The press spray button, if nothing comes out, you have a bad pump. It liquid is pumped, then you need to clean or replace the spray heads - they are clogged or damaged

unfortunately this is a common problem with sprayer heads, check the rubber gasket for any defects and also check the gasket seat on the sprayer end and the supply line end for any debris or defect. sometimes the only way is to replace the sprayer itself.
Check for a leaking O-ring/Washer/Seal and replace. Sometimes the internal parts of the sprayer head will wear out. Replacement sprayer heads can be obtained from your local hardware store.

although it is possible that the spray head has gone bad, it is more likely that the diverter mechanism inside the kitchen faucet needs replaced. When this part is defective, it allows full pressure from the faucet to go to sprayer head even though the sprayer is not triggered. The sprayer is not designed to handle full pressure when it is not spraying.
