Ya can, just unscrew the nozzle cap on the end of the tap, maybe need some grips to undo it tho.

SPRAYER HEAD A11218 1M 2.2 GPM NEED TO FIND REPLACEMENT FOR THIS ITEM.

The A11218-1 is merely a plumbing standards number. Look further to try and find a manufacturer name or model. Or take it into a local professional plumbing supply store.

Volvo c70 windshield sprayer not working

Try disconnecting the tubes from the spray head (under the hood). The press spray button, if nothing comes out, you have a bad pump. It liquid is pumped, then you need to clean or replace the spray heads - they are clogged or damaged

New Kingston Faucet has continual leak (when it is used) from the sprayer... where the spray handle connects to the hose.

unfortunately this is a common problem with sprayer heads, check the rubber gasket for any defects and also check the gasket seat on the sprayer end and the supply line end for any debris or defect. sometimes the only way is to replace the sprayer itself.

My hand sprayer on my sink is leaking every time I turn the water on. It's leaking from the sprayer and in dripping under the sink. How can I fix this?

Check for a leaking O-ring/Washer/Seal and replace. Sometimes the internal parts of the sprayer head will wear out. Replacement sprayer heads can be obtained from your local hardware store.
I'll look forward to hearing back from you. :-)

Sprayer leaking from inside handle mechanism

although it is possible that the spray head has gone bad, it is more likely that the diverter mechanism inside the kitchen faucet needs replaced. When this part is defective, it allows full pressure from the faucet to go to sprayer head even though the sprayer is not triggered. The sprayer is not designed to handle full pressure when it is not spraying.
