The two software items which you get updates are the 'Windows MobileOS' and the 'Quck GPS', if your have subscribed to GPRS from your GSM service provider. The QuickGPS update can be obtained after pressing the left-bottom key (or Program>QuickGPS) and follow instructions as displayed on your 3300. The other update is from Settings>system>WindowsUpdate

    Dear DominicFX,
    Thanks for your comment about where is the updates are.
    but in my set, It is not able to Update my "Windows Update".
    When I open the "Windows Update" the error message comes like:

    "Connection to update server was not available. Check your date connections settings and ensure the divece date and time are correct".

Unable to connect HTC P3300 via Active Sync.
if you are using XP,install ACTIVE SYNC 4.5. if you are using VISTA or WINDOWS 7, no need any sync software. plug in the HTC to your laptop. right click on MY COMPUTER and select MANAGE. in the window that appears now, on the left hand side select DEVICE MANAGER. now on the right hand side see if you have any yellow colour icons. if YES,try to update the drivers. if nothing works out, try another PHONE to connect and use your phone to connect to another laptop. atleast this will give some idea as where the problem lies
