How can I program my register so they cant use the received on account key

You aren't using a program key. It has more metal cut out of the middle. It's a security feature. get a programming key

once you do this, you will download their webupdate program and use that to update it.
for map updates, you would then login your account and use the map update feature in it.

EA has a program called "EA DOWNLOAD MANAGER" where you can download digitally your game if you happen to lost your CD key for your game. Since you said that you have register your game all you need to do is download the program. You can download it from this website http://ea-download-manager.software.informer.com/
Once your done downloading the program, just enter the username or email you used when registering your game as well as the password. When your signed in to your account just search for the game that you have registered to download it.

There is no program hat you would use to register your GPS, registration is all done online via www.garmin.com. I have written up a tutorial on how to register your garmin device here is a link.

To update your unit you must create an account by supplying a valid email address. I suppose this is akin to a registration.
To effect that you install the Tomtom Home software on your computer. Then you connect the unit to the computer. When it asks you if you want to connect to the computer, tap Yes and the HOME software will open allowing you to update maps etc. You will be asked to create an account.

This is from the Quickbooks help menu. To void an invoice

1. Go to the Company menu, choose Lists, and then click Chart of Accounts.
   
2. Double-click the Accounts Receivable account.
   
3. In the Accounts Receivable register, select the transaction you want to void.
   Invoices are marked INV in the Type column.
   
4. Go to the Edit menu and click Void Invoice.
   Note that VOID appears in the memo field in the register. The charge is removed from the Amt Chrg column, and 0.00 appears in the Amt Paid column.
   
5. Click Record.
   The voided invoice will no longer appear in the list of invoices you've created, but it will still be listed in the Accounts Receivable register.
   If you change your mind, click Restore.
   

To delete an invoice
Important: Deleting an invoice is irreversible.

1. Go to the Company menu, choose Lists, and then click Chart of Accounts.
   
2. Double-click the Accounts Receivable account.
   
3. In the Accounts Receivable register, select the transaction you want to delete.
   
4. Go to the Edit menu and click Delete Invoice.
   
5. When prompted, click OK.
   The deleted invoice will no longer appear in the list of invoices you've created, and it will not be listed in the Accounts Receivable register.
