I Just got a Blackberry curve that has what's app app on but it throughs the error that the date is wrong on the device I must set the date that I did but it through the same error

To perform a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.5 and 4.6, perform the following steps: Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Double-click Application Loader. Click Add/Remove Applications. Type your BlackBerry smartphone password and click OK. Select the check boxes next to the names of the applications you want to load. Click Settings, and then select the check boxes beside Delete all application data and Erase all currently installed applications. Click OK. Click Next > Finish. When the process has completed, the message The loading operation was successful will appear. Click Main Menu to return to BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Note: The Delete all application data and Delete all currently installed applications options are not available when using the Application Loader in BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.5. A workaround for this issue is to use the Application Loader standalone file by performing the following steps: Open My Computer (or Computer in Windows® Vista?). Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader. Run the Loader.exe file and follow steps 3 through 9 above to complete a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software.

I had this same problem it was from a third party application that I had downloaded. Go to blackberry.com, and select support and search your APP error it will walk you through a guide on getting it fixed--although your phone will reset back to default.

1. Take out the battery.

2. Wait 5 seconds.

3. Press and hold the power button.

4. Put the battery back into place while still holding the power button.

just re install the blackberry operatind system software into ur fon from ur computer................and go on ....................or u can take off the battery and put it into again and press the return key when the red light goes off and till ur cell completly opens dont leave the return key..............it opens ur cell in safemode and u can deal with the error in safe mode
