An icon came up and i dont know what it mean. Its blue and it comes up every time i turn my car on and then it goes off after a few seconds. The last time i turned my car on it flashed red and beeped for the entire drive. What does this icon mean?
That is your coolant light. When the coolant is cold (car is cold) it is blue for a moment then goes out.
When the coolant is too hot, it is red.
When it flashes, you are low on coolant. Check the coolant tank level (it is the big ball shaped reservoir) and make sure you are within the operating level (about half way up, there are marks indicating proper level)

what kind of car. It sounds like your driving a hybrid car. Please clarify what your vehicle and problem is. Also look at your manual and look for the icon. That should tell you about the dash lights that come on and what they mean.
