My JVC Everio 30gb , 35x optical zoom, GZ-MG330HU is not working. Don't have charger. It is out of power... so it needs to be charged.. I tried to make it work by connecting it to the computer.. still didn't work.. either I had the wrong USB cord (fitted in the camera perfectly) or my camera does not work!
Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!! What should I do! I can't return it 'cause can't find charger!!!!!!!!!
Computer USB output does not provide sufficient power. Look on Ebay, buy a new charger

Another solution is to make sure you are using the usb cable that came with the camera. For some reason, if I use any other, the computer won't recognize the camera. It's the one with the magnet. In fact, mine has two magnets on it.

It seems that your lenses are stuck, take it to a certified technician and ask for them to repair it.
