Hi you probably have something in the sump drain assembly (this is a common problem with Nautilus DW's) there's a screen on the right side of
the spray arm with 2 screws remove them and take screen off use your
fingers to probe the cavity be careful it could be glass.
If it does not correct the problem
!.You may have an electric pump . and it could be pump without water . so i would say a bad pump....but since you say everything is draining well...then I doubt the later...HOWEVER...you did say it ran forever...which is absolutely typical of something in the sump...drain area...which will make the drain cycle run because it believes something to be in the drain.....there is also a check valve...that the drain hose attaches to...(it comes right off of the motor assembly) when you take the hose off there is a check valve that screws into the hose or the motor assembly...(it could have debris in the hose that is not being drained all the way out and it is finding it's way back to the check valve) ...shop-vac the drain line...or the valve is screwed into the motor assembly where the hose disconnects...and there may be something stuck in the valve...unscrew it and check that the valve is in good shape...and free of debris......reassemble...and run through cycle....if you need any of these parts...or any specific instructions on replacement of these parts...here is a great site...Quality for less and quick delivery.

I hope this helps...I believe it will....Good luck and good day....thank you for your rating my effort....The Fang.

Check the cold water hose. My brand new machine had this behavior until I discovered a kink in the cold water hose - works great now.

The noise was indeed coming from the water pump. To clean the pump on this top-loader you have to unplug it, pop the top open, and remove the front face of the cabinet to expose the motor and pump. Slip off the two metal clips hugging the pump to the motor. Place a towel under the motor before detaching the hoses - there's a plastic drip pan between the pump and motor to guide the water away from the motor. Unclamp the two hoses from the pump by squeezing their spring-clamps with pliers and sliding them further down the hose. Pull the hoses off by lifting the pump off its axle and pulling it out while wiggling the hoses loose. I found a small sock jammed in the pump - it must have fallen to the outside of the basket but inside the drum during the last spin cycle, and went down the drain hose. Check the pump for damage and replace if necessary. For future troubleshooting, remember that a clogged pump causes squealing, diminished spin speed, and slow drainage.

You first of all need to check the pump filter.
This should be located at the botom front right of washer.
Look for a drop down flap or cover, once located, unscrew filter anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
The pump itself is directly behind the filter housing, check there is nothing stuck in the housing.
This should solve the prob.
Please leave feedback for my solution.
Thankyou.

Hello Mike - Typically, if the water temperature combination is not appropriate for the cycle selected, the status lights will blink and signal will beep 3 times. Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. Wait roughly ten minutes and turn on the washer. Select a normal cycle and verify if the washer continues to beep. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, your appliance could be experiencing a communication error with the control board or could have a wiring failure. I would suggest contacting an experienced service technician to determine the precise cause.
