Definately operated at 5400rpm, that should be minimum. Those all audio apps recommend recording at 7200rpm, ala 3.5 hard disks. It's the set standard for hard disk recording. The drive is spiining to slow to keep up with system clock speed.

I had the same problem and found the solution in the owner's manual in the Home Link section. Go thru the manual page by page because it is not listed in index section.
It certainly can be driven, but when going over bumps, the steering wheel will jump around in your hand a bit.
I would advise not replacing with a factory OEM damper as companies like ARB make a much heavier dirty model and will last and work a lot better

advise to him was to change the ignition module..

Bad battery cable connections (loose/dirty). Starter (stuck/dead). Only going by what you wrote, could possibly be engine (seized). I hope not! Most likely it's bad cable connections. Best wishes. Hope that I helped.
