Speaker stopped working out of nowhere. i just had my g1 replaced the month before...that g1's sim slot stopped working...now this g1's speaker isn't working...what's up with that? well, i have insurance so guess i'll be getting a second replacement g1...good luck g1 users, hope u have insurance

hi ....outthere can someone help me solve this?I have a htc {dream}G1 astriod phone...lent out to a family member....well it came back not working correctly..everything works ..but wont let me make or receive calls...found puk no. but still no good ....pls someone help me.
The sim card may be loose. Remove it clean it with pencil erasor and reinstall. If that does not work wege papae between the holder (away from the phone) and the sim card. Last resort is to check the sim at the local phone store or pawn shop.
All of a sudden, while on a phone call using my g1, the in-call sound stopped working and now only works when on speaker. Can someone please help me with this?
