Hello maritzagonza,
I’m an owner like you; from what you describe I feel you have a clutch issue.
See this post for a step by step process to remove the clutch. Try a maintenance clean up of the Oneway Roller Clutch bearing and see if that will get you back in service, if not I would do a Clutch replacement.
You Could try a TDS check see this Post for the TDS check it’s in the Service Manual but I vote for the One-way Clutch Roller bearings are sticky/rusted. Cheap fix if you can DIY the repair/replacement.
From the Service Manual page 12; During spin cycle – If machine tumbles and spins
simultaneously replace clutch assembly.
This is happening because the clutch One-Roller Bearing are sticky, slightly rusted. WD-40 clean up and re-lube may get you back in service. Just follow the posting step by step. You can redistribute the wash load until the cows come home and you will continue to fail with UC or dc unballance errors…. Fix the clutch issue and you machine will be J.
The "uc"code on the Neptune indicates a "continuous unbalanced circuit". Check to make sure that the weight of the clothing is distributed evenly in the tub. There can be a few causes for the generation of this code and you might want to consult an appliance technician for assistance. Bad shocks can cause this by permitting the tub to be out of balance, but you didn't describe any banging, etc. The tub displacement sensor could be at fault. The pump and pressure switch should also be checked for proper operation and to make sure there is no obstructions in those components. Really sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.
