Possibly burnt one of the motor brushes, you can remove the brush, and clean the face of the brush or put new brushes in

Pride mobility victory XL front tyre wear

Is your track rod bent or out of alignment? Carefully buy the exact wheels with tyres and a track rod if necessary from dismantled Victory XL scooters (a good wheel with a good tyre about €30 - I've done that for my Pride Celebrity XL8 - it was a great success.

Celebrity XL4, when going up hill, power cuts out. turn key off and back on, scooter will go again for a couple of feet.

Sounds like Overload Cutout ??? Use a Higher Rating Cutout, as going up hill is very hard on Scooters and it also depends on your weight.

Trip breaker, reset it but no power to anything. what is problem?

Probably just a fuse somewhere. Does your battery meter work? If not, there may be a fuse on the battery harness thats blown. Failing that, depending on what make of control box is fitted to your scooter, it could be a fuse within this that has blown.
