I keep recieving error reports that my pc do'es not have a dvd decoder installed in it . and it will not allow me to play dvd's . i was able to play dvd's before today . so i dont know whats wrong can u please help ? my e-mail is [email protected] thank you for your time paul.
This is because you have not download a piece of DVD player program on your PC.

Well, when you insert a disc and go to My Computer then to the DVD drive itself, does it show that a disc is in the drive, if it does does and you open the drive does it show the contents of the drive! If so then you are having a software issue regarding the decoder! Go to this website: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm And download the K_lite codec pack full. This should contain all of the drivers you need to play DVDs. Install it using all of the normal settings and then restart your computer and try again.
