My i-mate mobile phone is dead condition

Dear sir/madam
main vinod agarwal from gwalior in mp (india) se mera ek
mobile phone imate model no. jaq hain jo ki pichale 1 year
se dead pada hua hain calu halat main automatic dead ho
gaya hain jo ki charger se charge karne par charge nahi
hota hain agar battery full charge ho to sahi kam karta

Vinod Agarwal, aapne farmaya ki full charge battery par hi chalta hai aap ka phone. agar aisa hai to new battery kaistemaal karo. Agar phir bhe dead hai to kriya karm kar do choonki aap ka phone saal bhar band raha aur ab aap us ko daurane ki koshish mein lage ho. Itne waqt me to aadmi bhi mar jaata. kripya battery badlo to shayad chal jaaye.

here is how to do a hard reset:

1)push stylus into soft reset hole + press FN key + press right soft key.

Issue with imate JAQ
Dear Have u got ur GPRS or EDGE service activated from AIRTEL. Pls confirm it, if yes then following are the settings for airtel.

go to
>>START>>SETTINGS>>CONNECTIONS
connections>>Add a new Modem connection
>>Enter name-airtel or Mobile office
>>select a modem>>it should be Cellularline (GPRS)
>>NEXT
>>eNTER THE NAME AS IT SHOULD BE DIALED
>>enter airtelgprs.com (all small caps)
>>NEXT
>>FINISH

NOW again go to START>>SETTINGS>>CONNECTIONS>>connection>> Advanced>> select networks
There will be two options
1-prog that automatically connect to the internet
2-prog that automatically connect to a private network
>> for both options select >>My ISP
>>tab OK
