SOURCE: how to sync a kitkat 24gb android tablet with a macbook air laptop

Must use an online sync. I advise Google Sync. just log in your google account with your phone and backup your data with it.

I just purchased an RCA Viking pro tablet which I can't set up because it was previously synced with another google account.

A lot of the time you can connect to a computer and download the the program for the tablet, and erase it back to the factory settings. hope this helps

After fully charged battery power lasted about 20 minutes.

Since it's brand new, return it. You didn't say what type of tablet it is, but they should last for many hours on a charge.

How can i download amazon kindle library to my tablet

First download your Kindle app. Then go into the app and you will be able to pull your library from the Kindle cloud and sync your tablet. Everything you purchased will eventually download to your tablet.

It could be a defective unit. :( Since you just got it, maybe you can perform a reset of the unit. But before you do anything drastic make sure the unit has all the latest system updates. Also need to be careful of game downloads if they are not from the manufacturer's website.

Just remember your accounts' number and passwords, then install them in your new tablet, they will work.
Games could be play in every computer if it supports.
