How could the problem in the circuit board be fixed. I have had a service tech look at it - Unfortunately there is no serial number on the cooktop The model is CT 36ES.
Can an electrician fix this - what part do I need to order as it will be out of warranty work

Thank you for your reply Mike. It is a 36 inch electric cooktop -wolf has only one type as I understand. My concern is the same re serial number / model number missing. According to seller it was a display model. The seller had advertised that it was six months old and only on display for 2 weeks and never used otherwise. He sent pictures prior to my buying that showed the elements working. The model number on wolf site is. Manufacturer Model: CT36EU as seen on the wolf web site. It has a wolf service number at the bottom to call and everything looks good. The professional installer thought that the cooktop looked fine and does in all aspects look genuine except for the missing numbers.
Hope you can help solve this.

You will have to hold the lock button down for 3 or 5 seconds for it to unlock. If this doesn't help, it could be a stuck key pad or a problem in the circuit board.

Because of agreement Wolf has with their distributers, they don't offer parts online. You will need to contact a dealer for parts.

You can find the closest dealer to you here

The electrician should be able to repair it if he is willing to do it.

I am concerned about it not having a serial number. This is unusual if it is a genuine Wolf range. Most of the time that an appliance is missing the serial number it is because it was never supposed to be sold for some reason.

I am having trouble finding the model number anywhere in my database. Please tell me exactly what type of range it is. Gas, Electric, Duel Fuel?

Have you located a Wolf dealer near you that will order a control board for you? There might possibly be a parts diagram inside the cooktop once you get it apart.

Look in the bottom right corner of your Wolf cooktop. A key symbol glows when the cooktop is locked. Press and hold the glowing key symbol for three seconds. The cooktop emits three chimes and the symbol stops glowing when the lock is switched off.Hold the key symbol down for a further three seconds to reactivate the lock.

I am having error codes 35 and 75 come up on my induction cooktop

Thank you for your post, friend!
I located that on Electrolux Cooktop error codes "35" and "75" stand for input voltage too low. It could be an issue with your filter board or an issue within the voltages. I would recommend having a professional come out to your cooktop to properly diagnose to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
