Check your filter. If dirty lack of air with no return. You may also want to check if your coil over the furnace is clogged. Also, check the rotation of the blower motor you put in. Put paper up to return and see if it pulls it inward. If it is not pulling in on return then your rotation on the motor is reversed.

If the shaft from the motor is not securely connected to the fan, although it is turning, it may be slipping. Check that the set screws are tight between the motor shaft and the squirrel cage fan.

Otherwise, it sounds like you have duct problem. A rodent may have chewed a hole in the duct, or the connection between the and the delivery duct, or the connection between the delivery duct and the floor or wall grate has become disconnect. (This last is common, a screw holding the duct to the floor grate has come loose or the duct tape has come loose from gravity pull down on the duct to grate connection. If you have a basement or crawl space you have have to inspect that the duct work has not come apart.

SOURCE: Air conditioner works but not blowing out the vents

Check the air directing servo motors under the glove box. they are 2 black boxes about 3"x3". you have to clean the contacts of grease with contact cleaner spray or alcohol.

SOURCE: air and heat not blowing air through vents

Either Your fan switch is burned out or you blower motor is no good, your blower motor is on the passenger side under the dash. Before you replace any parts you need to check your fuses and relays under your hood and in the car. Usually if your fan switch goes bad you will still get some air blowing thru the vents, so my guess would be blower motor, If its not a blown fuse or relay.

SOURCE: HOT & COLD ELECTRIC VENTS NOT MOVING.

Blend door actuator. When it fails for some reason it turns to the hot side and gets stuck. Dash must come out. I usually do it in 3 hours, because I've done it numerous times.

Combustion switch error on windy days

The switch is not the problem ,it is doing it job.
Locate your vent and put a bend over it because what is happening is on windy days wind will get into vent blowing that combustion air back to furnace causing pressure switch to tripped.

Coleman Presidential Furnace 6806A842 heat switch pops then cool air

Make sure all vents are open and filters are clean. Likely an air flow issue but possibly, though unlikely, both switches are bad.
