How do i make a onepass on tivo online without an account?

Can not unless you just want to watch tv . Without tivo service it is pretty much just a large paper weight.

You can buy a used DirecTV with Tivo. You probably had a Hughes SD-DVR40 or SD-DVR80 before. The used model needs to be transferable to your account (which means it can't be leased, it has to have no outstanding charges on the previous account, etc). And you have to buy a new DirecTV card.

Call Tivo and speak to a rep about how to do this. There should be a 10-digit code that identifies your Tivo, write it down in case you are asked for it.

Look into some of the older ReplayTV Units. RTV-1000,2000,3000 series. You can do manual record without a fee.
There are some Tivo Hack Software Tips out on the internet.
But not sure how well they work.

You can do the guided setup without a phone line up to the point where it attempts to connect to the network using the wireless adapter. If it successfully connects, then you can continue the guided setup. If it does not successfully connect, then you're stuck until you can. In other words, you don't need the phone line as long as you have a wireless adapter and that adapter can successfully connect to your network and the internet.

I believe that, with the exception of some dicey hacks, you're stuck using the Tivo wireless adapter. The Tivo Community Forum website is a good place to ask questions like this. The site is independent of Tivo, inc. and has a lot of great information.
