Trying to get blue light off on my sound bar. when turned on it goes rite to the blue light stage,can not get the green light setting on

try this:
you may need to turn your microphone sensitivity up.
make a call to echo/sound test service. follow the instructions. if everything is ok then the problem is with your friens at the other end - he may need to turn the sound up on his computer or in the skype program.
if necessary turn your mic setting up. select from the menu bar at the top of the skype window tools > options > audio settings. under microphone, move (by positioning the mouse pointer on it and holding the left button down, while moving the mouse to the left and right) the slider (a blue dot) up and down while speaking, you will see the green indicator move up and down as you are speaking, more when the blue dot is more to the right. if the green bar is solid and does not change, move the blue dot to the left until you see it going up and down. if the green bar is not present try moving the blue dot to the right more until you see it go up and down, but never reaches its maximum/
otherwise you may need to change the settings on your pc, or there may be a hardware failure

If your tv has a custom settings area, first turn all color down on set so picture looks black and white. Now in color settings look for red blue and green color bars. Use the bars until the picture looks as true to black and white as possible. Also, try changing color temp.

Should be like this:

Y from furnace goes to Y on thermostat (yellow)
C from furnace goes to C on thermostat (usually blue)
G from furnace goes to G on thermostat (green)
W1 (first stage heat) to w1 on thermostat(white)
w2 (second stage heat) to w2 on thermostat (black)

Doesn't sound like you have a heat pump but if you do "o" will also have to be connected which is the reversing valve.

if you have a flat panel monitor then make sure it is plugged in the rite port and that the contrast is set correctly if it is your video card may have kicked the bucket

This sounds like the power inverter is failed.. It's what pumps up the power for the light in the monitor.
You could try unplug the sound bar from the back of monitor if you have the sound bar installed. Just a maybe..
To fix the inverter (replace) is usually better to buy newmonitor unless you do it your self.
The defective LCD Backlight inverter will cause the following symptoms:

• No Display, but Power Indicate light stay on green (Or Blue).
• Screen flash on and off and the power indicate light stays on green (or Blue).
• Dim Display

red is hot 24v goes to r terminal, yellow is for ac and goes to y terminal green is for the blower motor and goes to green terminal, blue can be a common or 2nd stage heat or 2nd stage cool or humidifier is blue connected on the furnace? If so what terminal?

AV cables reversed perhaps. Sounds like VIDEO (Yellow, Green, Blue or Red) cable is plugged into the AUDIO section. Perhaps you have switched the RED (Left audio) cable plugged into the RED (Component) Video cables. This would account for the loud buzz and since the set isn't getting an image it goes into standby mode. Just a thought.

Sounds like a Arcing CRT tube(s)!, You may have a bad color tube!, Set has one red,blue & green tube. If ones at fault, And you heard a POP - more then likely a BAD CRT, The Set is Turning Itself OFF to prevent any more Damage!.... onegeo

can you go to bios? load default setings in bios, or optimized settings, then try... when something like that happens i usully pull out batery on mother board, than wait about few seconds and pul it back in... bu that is to much work. try above,, and let me know
