When you set the time and date, you set it to (example:) 12 noon rather than 12 midnight. Just turn your time back by 12 hours.

the problem is not with your watch it is with you you want to sleep and want the watch to work is it nice to trouble the watch let her sleep also and syou also sleep well when u get up time will stand still and you will be in 2012
