Hi, check to see if there is power to the unit. Is there any lights that are on the unit. If power is good
Check for a reset button or switch. Or just turn the unit off and on may work. Good luck.

Wii won't turn on after a power outage.

Hey, recently had a power outage and now your Wii won't turn on?

Well unless your Wii is completely fried from the storm then this should work (It has for me every time I have had an outage).

After you find out it's not getting power then just unplug the power cable from the wall and from the Wii. Normally I unplug it for about 12-24 hours then you go plug it back into the wall, plug it back into the Wii, look at the power button and if it is red/orange then it has been fixed and you should never have a problem with it again unless you keep it plugged in during a thunderstorm/power outage!

This has happened to me about 8 times and this method worked every single time!

Stanley 450 amp how long does it takebto charge

Sealed lead acid batteries are at the heart of most jumpstarters, mobile power supplies and equipment with standby capability. Such batteries arrive in a wide variety of qualities and while not particularly unreliable they do tend to fail suddenly.

Most often it is leaving them in a discharged state for more than a few weeks that hastens the death of all lead acid batteries. Even leaving one in a half charged state for as little as a month will permanently damage the battery causing it to have a reduced capacity.

The instruction leaflets supplied with such equipment invariably say recharge should take place periodically and after every use.

Usually there is an indicator light to show when charging has been successful but an overnight charge should be sufficient for a simple top-up charge and perhaps 24 hours for a periodic charge.

Use a digital voltmeter to check the battery voltage after it has been off-charge for 24 hours. A young healthy 12 volt battery will read 13.2 volts. An older but still usable example will read perhaps 12.7. 12.5 volts could be usable but the battery is definitely past its best.

A 12 volt battery that has a voltage of 12 volts is only half charged and is practically useless...

Less than 12 volts after charging and it is ready for recycling.

Hello, I have a TOSHIBA 36" Model # 36A43 and it will not turn on.. the past few weeks i have been experiencing problems with the remote.. like not turning off the TV or the volume. Once in a while it

The manual power button ought to still turn the set on and off even if the remote is bad or not working.

I suspect you have two problems but there is a tiny chance only one as the front buttons and the remote both go to the same place in the set but here the front buttons have priority.

No Video or Sound after power outage

While it's certainly possible to fry the whole power supply or the DMD board, it's more likely that you've blown a capacitor. This same situation happened to my brother's TV after a power outage. I told him to unplug it for a half hour and that didn't help. He left it unplugged and when I finally got around to open it up the following week, I turned it on and worked. (I told him I fixed it).

Unfortunately the same thing happened after the next power outage so I opened it up and replaced two leaking capacitors by the power cord. It has yet to fail again after numerous power outages.

So first thing to try is leaving it unplugged for a few hours or even a day. Keep your fingers crossed that it doesn't happen again. If it does, either you or someone else should open it up and check for leaking or blown capacitors.

Hello,

Depending on what caused the power outage, you may need to replace the power supply in the server. When outage happen and the power is restore. a power surge can destroy power supplies, especially if not connected to an UPS unit.

Good Luck

I have a cuisinart coffee maker. I can set the

Unplug the coffeemaker for 20 minutes or longer - not a second less - in order to fully reset it. Then, when you plug it back in, turn the function dial to Clock again. Press and hold the HR button for a few seconds, and then set the hours. It should work now unless it got zapped, as you said.

Good luck!
