My N95 won't allow me to send text messages, I click send & nothing happens, it just goes back to the menu page! When I click on the TEXT MESSAGE 'settings' it wont open, just goes back to the menu page again! HELP!!!!!!

Well you can't use the app textfree but there are ways of texting for free from your computer. The easiest way is to use google voice. If you have a google account already you can use that, if not it only takes a shot time to sign up. Once you have signed up go to voice.google.com and to

GO TO YOUR MENU OF YOUR PHONE CLICK ON SMS, CLICK ON SMS SETTINGS, CLICK ON MESSAGE SETTINGS, CLICK ON PROFILE SETTINGS, CLICK ON PROFILE, SCROLL DOWN TILL YOU SEE "TEXT, FAX, PAGE AND E-MAIL. CHANGE IT TO TEXT AND CLICK ON DONE, OK AND CONTINUE ENJOYING SENDING MESSAGE.

Go to message menu select settings and select message center one let the default no be there. If that num not working then call your customer care and ask for message centre num and feed the num manually.

Click on messaging icon from main menu.
Click send message.
Instead of clicking text message click on pic/video message.
then you have 4 options TO: CONTACTS , TO Mobile#, To Email, And finally To Recent lict. Click on recent list and checkmark all the numbers you want deleted then click options bottom right corner then click delete.....

Im sure there is nothing wrong with your cellphone unit.
I think the problem is in your unit message settings, try to adjust it then observe if you can now send text msgs. Try to clear also all in the message counters.

the firmware needs to be reflash back on the phone for it to start functioning properly again.

best thing is to contact your sim operator and check with them if you have the correct settings for sending texts.
there they should give you the correct number to send txts.

Hi, Hi-Tech people! I got a Motorola RAZR V3, my problem starts when everytime I press the keys to type a message...it HANGS. Once it HANGS, I can't type anymore and continue the message I suppose to write. It wont move no more. It just STUCK-UP right there on the last letter I'd pressed. I have to take-off the battery at the back to re-start the unit again. Then, start typing again...same thing happens. It just HANG by itself and I can't press other keys no more.
Any HELP?
