Question about Power Acoustik PTID-4003TV Car Video Player
I have a power acoustik ptid-5300 and it says video canot be played while driving. where do i plug the brake cable to.
Electric tape the wire to the metal on the top of the unit. thats it. ive had it that way for a year and its worked great

Just connect the wire to ground and it will play anytime

What i did was get a switch from walmart. they cost less than 2 bucks...Get one that has 3 slots..1 for power, 1 for acc, 1 for ground. Plug the brake cord the acc, and splice the power and ground cords to the other two. When your switch is off you can watch video while you drive, when its on it will cut the video off and display that message.....
If you want to do it the right way, then plug it into the emergency brake line or the parking brake line...hope i helped
