Replacement cover for Rival 38601 Crock Pot

I need a lid for my smart-pot pr0grammable crock pot mdl 38601. Why can'T we find a replacement lid. I would hate to throw away the whole pot because I can't find a lid. If I do I will never buy another Rival PRODUCT. I went to use my pot one day and the lid was just shattered in pieces. Don't know what caused the problem. About 4 months into owning mine, the handle broke. I replaced it with a hardware one, but then just today while on the countertop cooling off, mine shattered into a million pieces! Wow!!! I tokk mine out of the box two days ago and used it for the first time yesterday. When I was drying the lid I lightly bumped it against the sink and it shattered into a thousand pieces.
