How do I set my laptop combo lock from Pc Guardian. I do not have the manual.

and a quick look through it made me wonder if you had inadvertently saved your contacts to the Blocked list. What happens if you press the top right button on the set. If you don't see a list of your contacts for dialling out then check the Blocked list by going through the menus and selecting the specific entry. Also you can use your Calls List to change the settings for those calls you have received, by scrolling through to always locked, always accepted etc etc. Also check your Guardian settings under Call Control in case these have been inadvertently altered to include all calls.

On most walkers the handle you squeeze to make the brakes work will push down. If you push them down the brakes will lock on and pull up to unlock.

You can't lock or unlock a cursor. What you have is a problem with your touchpad. Some computers have a little switch (many times a button near the touchpad or a keystroke combo of the FN key + a special function key that turns the touchpad on or off.
See if you can find that combo--there should be a picture of a touchpad on one of the special function keys.
Othewise, you will have to use an external mouse.

I'm using the same laptop right now and have been for 3 years and I didn't know there was a key combo. Can you go into Start, Control Panel, Sounds and Audio Devices? If you can then you can unmute there.

I just had the same problem and stumbled across this solution:
If this is a sanyo dvd player try this:
Enter the set-up menu (there cannot be a disc in the unit to access this menu, simply eject the disc, then enter set-up)

1. For the password enter 788444 (even if there is only room for four digits enter all six)
   
2. Press enter (the lock should open)
   
3. Enter a new four digit code (this will lock it again)
   
4. renter the new code to edit the settings
   

factory setting is 3308. worked for me.
