Text is stuck in my outbox

I had this same problem. Deleting and clicking "yes" at the warning screen would not remove the message from my outbox and the message kept resending for days.

Solution: In the Outbox, click "Menu" > Empty Deleted Items. Click "yes" at the warning. The message should now be gone from your outbox and your text buddy should now be able to regain sanity.

T-mobile credited back the resent text messages when I called them.

I can not delete text messages on this phone

sometimes on my Env when i am trying to delete my text messages the "okay" button will not work. this happens only when i am trying to delete a text message. the solution i have found is quite simple. just turn the phone off completely and then turn it back on in a few minutes. if this does not work then try removing the battery when you turn the phone off. this always seems to make the button work and i am able to delete the messages.
