Hello tech support, I have a Rio Go Video ReplayTV 5040 (originally Sonicblue) that needs repair (IR blaster ckt on motherboard). I assument this product is almost identical to the RTV 5060 (which is in product list). I'm located in Santa Rosa, CA (northern CA). Do you know who can repair the unit or how I can get a service manual or motherboard schematic. If no one can repaire the RTV 5040, I believe I can troubleshoot the problem with the schematic assuming components are avaiable (I'm an electrical engr). Thanks for your help. Al

Per your reply, I checked the GoVideo website and can find only user manuals - no service doc or schematics for the RTV 5040 or 5060. The free schematic website also had no service docs or schematics (or user manuals) for these GoVideo products. Any other suggestions on how to get the the RTV 5040 or 5060 service manuals or schematics?
