I have kyocera photocopier model2035 it has service error A4200 I can change polygon unit but error not clear plz give me advice

The error is for the polygon motor if you have done the test for the motor and it doesnt work I think thereis the answer because they spin so fast the motors will eventually go if it had been a little noisy p[rior to this then it has a read or seize error if you know how to take it out youcan manually gently spin it to see if it is stuck just make sure you use a clean dry cloth to cover it prior to turn as you might mark the mirrors.. SOURCE: laser unit polygon motor failure

This error usually means that the laser unit on the machine has failed. Just replace the laser unit part number 116-1110-00

Hi please uninstall the drivers for the printer and reinstall them again,then restart the computer and see if the error still exist.
