I have a Samsung RB195BSSB Refrigerator with bottom freezer. The Freezer is not staying cold but the refrigerator is. I've replaced the main PCB Board with no success. Any help would be appreaciated.

This sounds like there is a build up of ice on the evaporator. this will block the air flow and allow temperatures to rise.
The problem could be with;
\ the defrost timer
\ defrost heater
A technician can solve this for you

check to see if if the back wall of the freezer is full of ice if so this is an automatic defrost problem
timer ,heater or limit switch

sounds like you have a defective temparture sensor
