I have a LG 50PC3D when I try to turn on the TV the green light

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. replace the power supply via ebay type in your model in Ebay search bar

Try to Google the model number with "parts" to locate which boards are available via the internet.

Any BIG SCREEN TVS authorized shop,will charge u about $500-575 for parts and labors.Relating to the problems u discribing.

open backcover
check powersupply- top center right is p.s.
top left side of powersupply you'll see 5 capacitor 3300uF 10V.
see any pop up on top? replace it All with same rate or 16v is O.K.
do not use temperature rate 75c. Use 105C.
if you know how to solder. you could save $300 at least! Mahalo!

The TV should be under warranty. Send back. Sounds like the panel is faulty (half the value of the set).
