My lg km900f, when i turn it on it freezes on the lg start up

Connect your phone to the pc and scan for virus, if not work disassembel the visible parts and clean and then fix it back and switch on.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

First of all try to update the firmware. If its didn't help then you can go for a new mother board .

if the screen should lockup for any reason, pull batt out and reinsert, then power back up. this should clear the problem. just a reminder, there seems to be a bug in the firmware program, try updating it.

mine does that too, it is annoying. sometimes it corrects itself when a call comes through or if I plug it into the charger. Other times I have to take the battery right out and put it back in again and the phone re-starts.

Yes they had a big drawback in this phone with the earlier version. It did not have a speaker phone option. LG has come up with an updated firmware. If you have a PC with data cable you can download the firmware from LG site and install it to your phone.

Or safest way is to contact the dealer and ask him to update the firmware to V04. After update you will be able to have the speaker phone option working

Try updating to the newest fimrware. It should get rid of common bugs that the firmware before it had.

Post your firmware version and any associated bugs so we can track LG's ..... Otherwise the KG800 is perfect so I hope a firmware update can help with these
